The Command Series is a real, multi-retailer-distributed line extension whose hardware concept earns professional credit, but its early traction is weak-to-mixed: every independent source names Swarm II software/firmware as the failure point; the one high-reach review (679K views) was a pan; the flagship KB7 carries 2.7 stars on Amazon (reliability complaints) against 3.9 on Best Buy; and two of six SKUs already trade 17-22% below MSRP.
